Electronic Security Technician This position is in and around Charlottesville, Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician for installation and service of Residential Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Residential security or Low Voltage installation and service.

Responsibilities include:

Installs and Services Residential Alarm Systems Provides knowledgeable, high quality, and reliable customer support. Ability to professionally train customer on system operation and functionality. Conduct system testing and signal verification. Performs new system installation and upgrades. Detail-oriented and strong work ethic. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Reliable team player in a fast-paced, growing business. Thorough and Timely with administrative duties and productivity. Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of low voltage wiring and tools. Knowledge of DSC systems and Alarm.com preferred. Minimum of High School Diploma / Vocational Training. Must be able to work a Full-Time. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Background check required by VA Department of Criminal Justice.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to push, pull and lift at least 50lbs. Ability to kneel, crouch and stoop Ability to reach above and below the shoulders Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull. Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground Withstand external weather conditions year round.
