Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Install, program, and test systems in customers homes and businesses. Train customers on the proper use of the system(s) they have purchased. Install mobile applications to customer provided smart devices. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Provide a high quality customer experience during installation and training. Maintain all required job related documentation. Maintain company provided vehicle records and inventory. Attend and complete product and service training courses in-person and online. Follow Company, OSHA ,and OCC safety policies.

Skills / Background

/ Knowledge Experience installing Security, Fire, CCTV or Access Control Systems required. Must be able to pass required State and Federal background check. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. We are a drug free workplace. Willingness and ability to be trained on new system technology.
