This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sprinkler professional who enjoys troubleshooting, service work, customer interaction, and taking a lead role in the field. The successful Sprinkler Technician candidate will service, test, and repair fire sprinkler systems for an established customer base while helping maintain the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Company vehicle Sign on Bonus Quarterly and Yearly bonus structure Yearly performance based raises Full Benefits Package including 401k match PTO Overtime opportunities Key Responsibilities Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs on fire sprinkler systems Identify code deficiencies and non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions Interpret and apply applicable fire protection codes and standards Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair needs directly with customers Ability to perform fire pump flow tests (preferred but not required) Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Qualifications 2+ years of experience servicing and repairing fire sprinkler systems Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire sprinkler systems Ability to work from ladders and aerial lifts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to complete service documentation accurately Join us in delivering top-tier fire protection solutions by applying your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement!
