Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately. Ensure all work meets Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards. Verify parts for each repair and document all work and test results. Maintain clean and organized workspaces daily. Road test vehicles to confirm successful repairs. Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques. Collaborate constructively with other team members. Promote safety and report any risks or concerns to management. Qualifications Experience in automotive body/collision repair (preferred). Familiarity with body shop tools and equipment. Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles. Strong attention to detail and urgency. Great communication skills—written and verbal. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
