Perform wheel cleaning, sandblasting, grinding, polishing, painting, and refinishing procedures. Identify wheel damage, corrosion, cracks, or wear and determine repair or replacement needs. Prepare wheels for refinishing by removing debris, rust, old coatings, and contaminants. Apply coatings, paint, or protective finishes according to company and manufacturer standards. Operate wheel refurbishing equipment, hand tools, sandblasters, grinders, and other shop machinery safely and effectively. Conduct quality inspections to ensure wheels meet safety, appearance, and performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all workplace safety procedures. Assist with loading, unloading, inventory handling, and shop organization as needed. Participate in training and follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Education & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Previous experience in wheel refurbishing, painting, sandblasting, metal finishing, or automotive/commercial repair preferred (not required). Ability to safely operate shop tools, refurbishing equipment, and machinery. Ability to lift and move materials and wheels weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance. Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and working in shop environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Must be available to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
