Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced hand tools and power tools. Conduct auto painting and refinishing using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication skills to restore vehicle frames and panels accurately. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify necessary repairs, including auto estimating and damage assessment. Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle. Collaborate with team members on vehicle assembly, detailing, and final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto body repair machinery. Experience with auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying; familiarity with auto glass installation is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly about repairs and estimates.
