The Body Shop Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs on commercial trucks, including collision repair, bodywork, and paint application. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform body repairs on commercial trucks Complete dent repair, panel replacement, and light fabrication Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming Apply paint and finishes to manufacturer and company standards Perform frame and structural repairs (preferred) Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
Previous body shop or collision repair experience required Experience working with commercial trucks preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and workmanship Valid driver's license preferred
