Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Autobody Technician / Painter / Fabricator to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert auto body repair, precise painting, and custom fabrication. Your expertise will ensure each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact vehicle safety, appearance, and value. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced techniques and tools Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and applying primers with airless paint spraying equipment Apply paint and finish coats with precision, ensuring flawless color matching and smooth finishes Fabricate custom parts and modify existing components using sheet metal work, MIG welding, soldering, and power tools Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and perform auto restoration projects when required Use hand tools and heavy lifting techniques to disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts efficiently Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including auto estimating documentation and customer service notes Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and painting Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, welding techniques, and fabrication processes Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sheet metal work, and auto glass replacement Experience with auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying and detailing for a high-quality finish Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service best practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or repair tasks Familiarity with auto restoration projects, auto body repair standards, and automotive repair procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive craftsmanship!
