Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock 9911 Interstate 30 Little Rock, AR 72209 Job Summary Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle body repair, refinishing, and restoration, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction is achieved. Key Responsibilities Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and refinishing. Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and develop repair plans. Use hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs. Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards as per manufacturer guidelines. Collaborate with service advisors and insurance representatives to provide accurate repair estimates and updates. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Collision Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions. Familiarity with welding, sanding, and painting processes is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
