In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards for quality, safety, and appearance. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using specialized tools and techniques Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to secure sheet metal components and restore vehicle frames Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth, flawless finishes that match factory colors Repair or replace auto glass, ensuring proper sealing and safety standards are met Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for fabrication, assembly, and detailing tasks Assess vehicle damage accurately for auto estimating purposes and communicate repair plans effectively with customers Assist in auto restoration projects by fabricating custom parts and restoring vintage or damaged vehicles Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred Hands-on experience with MIG welding, fabrication, sheet metal work, and auto painting techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and automotive repair processes Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto estimating software, and auto restoration projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and specialized welding apparatus Knowledge of auto body repair standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier vehicle repairs while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.
