Every customer who walks through our doors is dealing with an unexpected and often stressful situation. We believe that repairing their vehicle with care, honesty, and attention to detail is one way we can make that experience a little easier. For more than 22 years, we've built our reputation in Tucson by treating customers fairly, standing behind our work, and creating a workplace where employees are respected. As an independently owned collision repair facility, we believe great repairs happen when skilled technicians are given the right tools, a supportive team, and a shop that values doing things the right way. We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, values integrity, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include:
  • Complete high-quality collision repairs following manufacturer repair procedures
  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs using frame equipment and measuring systems
  • Read and interpret repair plans, estimates, and work orders
  • Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with safety and quality as the priority
  • Work closely with estimators and fellow technicians to ensure efficient repairs
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment What You Bring We're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in collision repair with at least five years in an auto body shop
  • Skilled in using frame machines and interpreting measuring data
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Honest, dependable, and accountable
  • Respectful of coworkers, customers, and company standards
  • A team player who contributes to a positive work environment
  • Motivated to continually learn and improve
  • I-CAR certification is welcomed but not required.
We value experience, craftsmanship, and character just as much as certifications.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in company-required testing
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced repair environment
  • Understand manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to:
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift during vehicle repairs
  • Frequently handle tools and vehicle components
  • Lift up to 50 pounds safely Education
