Regular Full-Time Atkins Kroll, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bodyshop Technician to join our Bodyshop team. In this role, you will repair damaged vehicle body parts and structures according to manufacturer and dealership standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for technicians who take pride in their craft, work well in a team environment, and are committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards in collision repair. What you'll do Repair damaged vehicle body parts and structures according to manufacturer and dealership standards. Review repair estimates and verify that all necessary parts are ordered and available. Prepare vehicles for body repair and refinishing work. Notify management of any additional repairs or issues discovered during the repair process. Maintain communication with management regarding repair progress or delays that may affect delivery timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comply with regulations related to hazardous materials, paint, and shop safety. Assist team members with vehicle repair and preparation when needed. Operate body shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Stay informed and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. About you High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of automotive body repair experience. Valid driver's license. Technical certification in automotive repair or refinishing is a plus. Strong knowledge of body repair tools, equipment, and repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot repair issues and perform high-quality workmanship. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
