$25-$40/hour DOE Join an Established Commercial Fleet Collision Repair Team We are a commercial fleet repair facility specializing in collision repair and restoration of: Commercial vans Shuttle and transit buses Medium and heavy-duty trucks Utility body trucks Municipal and fleet vehicles We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who wants to build a career in the commercial vehicle repair industry. This position offers hands-on training in fleet estimating, parts procurement, repair coordination, and fleet operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist in preparing collision and repair estimates for commercial fleet vehicles Research, source, and order parts from vendors and suppliers Work closely with technicians, staff, and vendors Track repair progress and maintain accurate job documentation Help coordinate repairs for customer fleets Review repair orders and verify parts requirements Assist with vehicle inspections before and after repairs Coordinate vehicle detailing and delivery preparation Monitor parts status and manage vendor communications Support day-to-day fleet repair operations Maintain a clean shop / assist in vehicle preparation for delivery(all hands on deck) Qualifications Preferred Experience in collision repair, fleet maintenance, automotive repair, or parts operations Service advisor or estimator experience Knowledge of commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, or utility equipment Strong computer skills Excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We Will Train the Right Person We are willing to train someone who has: Strong attention to detail A positive attitude Mechanical aptitude and a background in Collision Repair Excellent communication skills Desire to grow within the company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Training and mentorship in commercial vehicle estimating Stable year-round work Family-oriented team environment Opportunity to work with a wide range of commercial fleet customers/different then a standard repair facility customer base Why Join Us?
