Responsibilities:

Perform light auto body repairs including dent removal, panel straightening, and minor collision repair Prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and surface finishing Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods Operate body shop tools and equipment including grinders, sanders, and pulling equipment Apply body fillers and primers to restore vehicle surfaces to factory appearance Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure efficient workflow and quality results Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Prior experience in auto body repair or collision repair preferred Familiarity with light body work techniques including filler application and panel repair Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and body shop equipment safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required I-CAR or ASE certification a plus, but not required
