We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for assisting restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards are met. Duties Assist body technicians with repairs and teardown Prep vehicles (sand, mask, tape, basic body work) Help with parts handling and organization Move vehicles in and out of shop Keep work areas clean and organized Help open and close shop (pull out / pack up cars) Experience Some automotive or body shop experience preferred Must be motivated and willing to learn Basic knowledge of tools and shop environment Reliable — shows up on time and ready to work Works well in a team, takes direction

Skills & Requirements:

 I-CAR certified is a plus  Valid California driver's license  Reading comprehension of automotive repair procedures  Fast learner  Positive and enthusiastic attitude  Detail-oriented  Honesty and integrity  Team player  Clean and organized  Strong communication skills (verbal and written)  Problem-solving skills  Goal-oriented  Work ethic  Self-motivated  Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift for long periods of time to perform repairs and inspections.  Ability to work within a noisy environment.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
