Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Auto Body Buffer/Polisher to join our busy collision repair facility. If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Buff and polish freshly painted vehicles and panels to achieve a flawless finish. Color sand painted surfaces to remove imperfections. Remove dust nibs, orange peel, runs, and other paint defects. Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery. Perform final quality control checks on paint appearance and finish. Assist with minor trim and molding reassembly after polishing. Perform final vehicle cleaning and detailing before customer delivery. Maintain buffing and polishing equipment in good working condition. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with painters and body technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion. Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience as an automotive buffer/polisher preferred. Knowledge of color sanding and paint correction techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
