The ideal candidate will have experience in painting vehicles, preparing surfaces, and achieving high-quality finishes. As an Auto Body Shop Painter, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting by removing any rust, dents, and existing paint
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate color matching
• Apply primer, paint, and clear coats using spray guns and other tools
• Sand and polish painted surfaces for a smooth finish
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and tools
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols in the workplace.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive painting or a related field
• Knowledge of paint products, color mixing, and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to operate various painting equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in auto body painting are a plus.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (inside the shop, outdoors).
