The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and restoration, with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards are met. Duties Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and dent repair. Conduct auto glass replacements and repairs as needed. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance. Carry out automotive repairs, including mechanical components when necessary. Utilize welding and soldering skills for structural repairs and enhancements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven 3+ years experience in auto body repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. Experience in welding and soldering is a plus. JLR Steel and Aluminum Welding Certificates a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license is required.
