Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable collision repair company to find their next Auto Body Technician. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality collision repairs and be committed to producing excellent workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment. This individual will be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with estimators, painters, and other technicians.
Auto Body Technician Compensation:
  • $34 per flat rate hour
  • Full-time position, 7:30AM -4:30PM
  • Production bonus
Auto Body Technician Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of auto body repair experience preferred
  • I-CAR training preferred
  • Experience with welding and frame machine operation required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to perform quality repairs while meeting production goals
Auto Body Technician Responsibilities:
  • Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Operate welding equipment and frame machines safely and effectively
  • Review repair plans and work closely with estimators and management
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
