Our shops are equipped with the latest technology, such as: Car-O-Liner Frame Rack & Measuring System Pro-Spot Welders Polyvance Welders Miracle System for Aluminum & Steel Additional industry-leading tools Job Summary We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Journeyman-level Auto Body and Frame Technicians to safely and efficiently return vehicles to pre-accident condition. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, DRP-driven environment while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening Apply I-CAR-certified repair techniques to meet or exceed industry standards Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs Utilize MIG welding and fabrication skills for specialized repairs Conduct restoration and detailing to ensure high-quality finishes Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain strong customer service standards and professional communication
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, DRP collision repair shop Proven skills with all metal types, frame repair, plastic repair, PDR, and welding Proven ability to complete light to heavy repairs, including structural components Strong knowledge of frame repair and measuring systems Aluminum repair experience required I-CAR, ASE, and/or manufacturer certifications highly preferred Car-O-Liner training and certifications highly preferred What's in it for you? 40+ hours/week Competitive commission-based pay Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off, sick pay, and paid holidays Extensive paid training and continuing education Relocation assistance may be available for qualified technicians who commit to staying in Alaska.
