As our shop continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Auto Body Technicians, Frame Specialists, and Automotive Mechanics who take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy working in a professional, team-oriented environment. Immediate openings are available for qualified applicants. Job Responsibilities Perform collision repair and auto body repairs Repair and straighten damaged vehicle frames Replace and align body panels Perform welding, panel fitting, and structural repairs Remove and reinstall vehicle components Complete automotive mechanical repairs and maintenance Diagnose vehicle damage and recommend proper repair procedures Prepare vehicles for refinishing when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow OEM repair procedures and shop safety standards Deliver repairs that meet the highest quality standards Qualifications Previous auto body repair experience required Frame machine experience strongly preferred Automotive mechanical experience preferred Experience using collision repair equipment and shop tools Ability to read repair estimates and repair procedures Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, punctual, and professional Valid California driver's license preferred What We Offer Immediate hiring Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Consistent year-round workload Professional and modern work environment Opportunities for advancement Continued training and professional development Supportive management team Long-term employment opportunities Compensation $30.00- 33.
