Weld, repair, and restore high-end automotive chassis in a manner that demonstrates, "Everything is Important."What You'll Do:
Prepare and stage upcoming production builds on Celette frame benches Assess damage of each chassis with Production Supervisor to ensure alignment on scope of repair work Be responsible for completing the work associated with each vehicle repair including light to heavy repairs, replacing panels via welding or bolt-on/off, structural and frame repair Report any additional repairs/ parts necessary to complete restoration of chassis to factory specifications Inspect both raw materials and finished products for conformance to quality specifications Assist in special projects and set up of fixtures as requiredWho We're Looking For:
High school graduate or equivalent Minimum seven (7) years of related work experience in an automotive (chassis/ parts), restoration, manufacturing and or collision environment Proficient competency in GMAW (MIG) welding process I-CAR or ASE certifications in related fields Experience with basic hand and pneumatic tools such as body hammers, dollies, grinders, sanders, etc. Experience with specialty autobody tools such as spot welders, dent pullers, stud welders, etc. Knowledge of metal fabrication methods such as cutting, shaping, forming, shearing, etc. Knowledge of filler material and required gas applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials Knowledge and ability to use a frame machine to do frame and body pulls Familiarity of conventional and precision measuring instruments Ability to properly fit/align parts and panels according to design specifications General automotive knowledge and knowledge of fabrication, machining/ welding equipment setup, process, and maintenance Bonus points for certification or training in Celette framing systems Bonus points for competency with GTAW (TIG) welding processeLocation & Schedule:
This position is onsite in Torrance, CA and the schedule is Monday- Friday 5am
- 1:30pm with the potential for over time. What We Offer

The starting pay range for this position is between $39- 44 per hour plus bonus.
