We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for a temporary, full-time assignment (approximately 4 weeks) to support one of our top-performing locations while a senior technician is on leave. This is a high-production environment with consistent volume and strong systems in place — ideal for a technician who wants to maximize earnings in a short period of time .

What Makes This Role Unique Guaranteed Daily Pay Floor:

You are guaranteed a minimum of 20 flag hours per day — as long as you are present and working. High Volume =

High Earnings:

This stall in our shop consistently produces well above the daily guarantee. Strong performers will significantly exceed 20 hours/day.

Paid Shadow/Transition Week:

You will work alongside our current technician for approximately one week prior to their departure to ensure a smooth handoff and maintain repair quality standards. Approximately 1 month of full-time work , with the potential for future opportunities depending on performance and business needs.

Compensation Flag Rate:

Daily Guarantee:

Significant earning potential beyond guarantee due to workload volume Qualifications & Responsibilities Minimum 3+ years experience as a full body technician (structural experience strongly preferred) Ability to produce 100+ flag hours weekly by yourself Ability to produce efficiently in a high-volume environment Experience with: Frame setup, measuring, and pulls (Car-O-Liner or similar) Full teardowns and blueprinting support Metal work and panel repair (quarter panel experience preferred) Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures I-CAR welding certifications (steel/aluminum) preferred EV certifications (TESLA/RIVIAN) is a plus, but not required Must bring your own tools and maintain a clean work area Valid California Driver's License and ability to pass background/insurance requirements Commitment to safety standards and PPE compliance Apply Today If you're ready to step into a high-output shop with guaranteed earnings and serious upside , we want to hear from you.
