Full-Time ​ About Us ​Welcome to Nylund's Collision Center, we specialize in OEM Certified and Authorized repairs for the Toyota/Lexus & Lucid brands in the Denver metro area. To maintain our standard of excellence, we are looking for a highly skilled Collision Repair Technician who shares our passion for flawless craftsmanship and vehicle safety. ​ Job Summary ​As a Collision Repair Technician at Nylund's, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original factory specifications. You will work on a variety of top-tier vehicles—with a heavy focus on Lexus and Toyota platforms—ensuring every repair meets stringent OEM guidelines. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a leading auto body repair team in Colorado, we want to hear from you. ​ Key Responsibilities ​
Precision Repair:
Perform complex structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, glue pull dent repair, and alignment to exact OEM specifications. ​
Damage Analysis:
Evaluate collision damage and work with estimators to ensure all hidden damage is accounted for. ​
Equipment Operation:
We operate three Car-O-Liner frame benches and Vision x2 measuring system with a point-x kit. Additionally a GYS auto-pulse MAG welder, a
KECO GPR L2E
premium system, and lastly a Car-O-Liner Spot welder. ​
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the refinishing team, preparing vehicles for the paint shop to ensure smooth transitions. ​
Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous inspections of your own work to guarantee that every vehicle leaving the shop meets our elite safety and aesthetic standards. ​Qualifications & Requirements ​
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive collision repair. ​
Certifications:
OEM-specific certifications are a significant advantage. ASE(in B category) certification is highly encouraged. ​
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of modern materials (high-strength steel, aluminum) and advanced repair techniques such as rivet bonding. Knowledge of EV's to work in a safe procedural manner. ​
Brand Expertise:
Prior experience working on luxury and high-performance vehicles is strongly preferred. ​
Work Ethic:
