Auto Body Technician A TECH & B TECH

Position:

A-Tech Autobody Technician Responsibilities:

Perform complex autobody repairs including structural repairs, frame straightening, and panel replacement Conduct welding, grinding, and refinishing work to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition Work with aluminum, steel, and composite materials Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest repair standards Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

5+ years of autobody repair experience I-CAR or OEM certifications (preferred) Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and equipment Ability to read and interpret repair plans and blueprints High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Position:

B-Tech Autobody Technician Responsibilities:

Assist with body repairs including panel alignment, dent repair, and part replacement Prep vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming) Maintain shop equipment and cleanliness Support A-Tech technicians and other team members as needed Follow safety protocols and shop procedures

Requirements:

1-3 years of autobody repair experience or completion of autobody training program Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques Willingness to learn and grow in the trade Strong work ethic and team player attitude
