Job Description

Pre is an entry-level collision repair role at The Boyd Group, one of North America's largest non franchised collision repair operators. Based in our Automotive department, you'll support accurate vehicle teardown, parts preparation and reassembly, helping deliver safe, high quality repairs that meet our standardized processes. In our performance driven, safety focused and customer oriented culture, you'll work with experienced technicians, receive structured training, and build a long term career path in a modern, well equipped collision center network. Responsibilities Perform high-quality collision and cosmetic repairs following OEM and Boyd Group standards Conduct teardown, parts fitment and reassembly to restore vehicle safety and appearance Follow standardized repair processes, documentation and quality checks Collaborate with estimators, painters and parts staff to meet cycle-time and customer commitments Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with all safety procedures Participate in ongoing training and support continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Automotive body repair Automotive refinishing Frame and structural repair Plastic and bumper repair Glass removal and installation Welding and cutting (MIG/spot) Vehicle measuring systems Damage estimating systems (CCC/mitchell) OEM repair procedures Shop and OSHA safety compliance
