Auto Body Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our dynamic team. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using airless spray guns, power tools, or hand brushes, ensuring even coverage and flawless results Perform auto body repairs such as filling dents, straightening panels, and welding as needed before painting Conduct detailing, buffing, and finishing touches to achieve a smooth, polished appearance Assist with auto glass replacement and minor mechanical tasks related to vehicle restoration when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on estimates for auto painting projects and communicate effectively with customers about progress Experience Proven dealership experience or background in auto body painting and repair is highly preferred Skilled in welding, auto restoration, and mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance Proficient with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines Experience with auto estimating software and customer service interactions is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle detailed auto body repair tasks with precision Knowledge of auto glass installation and detailing techniques enhances versatility in the role Prior experience working with auto body repair shops or collision centers is advantageous Join us to bring your passion for automotive craftsmanship to life!
