Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work using hand tools and power tools. Conduct welding tasks such as MIG welding, soldering, and fabricating custom parts to restore vehicle integrity. Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying techniques and perform detailing to achieve a flawless finish. Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision. Utilize mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance, assembly, and auto restoration projects. Use auto estimating tools to assess damage and determine repair scopes accurately. Assist with auto body sanding, shaping, and finishing to meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in dealership auto body repair or similar automotive environments. Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and working with sheet metal. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in automotive repair and auto painting. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, auto glass installation, and auto estimating software. Experience with auto restoration projects and auto body detailing is highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering top-tier vehicle repairs and restorations. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, auto painting techniques including airless spray painting, and general automotive repair practices.
