Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and restoration, with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle body damage, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Inspect vehicles for damage and determine necessary repairs. Perform automotive repair tasks including welding, soldering, and fabrication of parts. Execute auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish. Restore vehicles to their original condition through detailed work on body panels and frames. Replace or repair auto glass as needed to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Experience Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on bodywork and restoration. Proficient in mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and components. Experience with auto painting techniques and equipment. Familiarity with welding and fabrication processes is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently. Previous experience in auto glass replacement is a plus.
