Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician, where your expertise will transform damaged vehicles into pristine, road-ready masterpieces. You'll be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction every step of the way. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment to restore vehicles to factory standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and soldering techniques to repair sheet metal and structural components Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve flawless finishes Replace or repair auto glass and perform detailing to enhance vehicle appearance and safety Apply auto estimating skills to assess damages accurately and determine necessary repairs Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating parts and performing mechanical work as needed Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality benchmarks through meticulous inspections and testing Skills Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and working with sheet metal Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures Proficient with hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and airless paint sprayers Experience with auto glass replacement, auto estimating, and auto restoration processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate repair details clearly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety protocols is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier auto body repairs.
