In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you'll complete structural, body and plastic repairs, follow detailed repair plans, and work closely with estimators and painters to deliver high-quality results on time. Responsibilities Repair collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and Boyd Group standards Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body repair processes Perform structural, sheet metal, plastic and bumper repairs Follow repair blueprints and work closely with estimators and painters Conduct quality checks to ensure fit, finish, and safety requirements Maintain clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures Document work performed in accordance with company processes Collaborate with teammates to meet cycle time and customer satisfaction goals Required Skills Auto body repair Collision damage assessment Frame and structural repair Dent and panel repair Sanding and surface prep Filler application and finishing Welding and cutting Plastic and fiberglass repair Blueprint and repair plan reading Use of measuring systems and pulls Automotive refinishing prep Shop and equipment safety Use of hand and power tools Estimating software familiarity Quality control inspection
