Job Description

UNIBODY Autotech Collision Centers is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to manage the repair process from initial inspection through completion. This role is responsible for writing accurate estimates, managing supplements, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring repairs move efficiently through production. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced, high-volume workflow. Responsibilities Write accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONE Perform vehicle inspections, blueprinting, and damage analysis Research and follow OEM repair procedures Manage and submit supplements with proper documentation Communicate with insurance adjusters and third parties Coordinate with technicians and parts department to support production flow Monitor repair progress and help reduce delays and cycle time Provide clear and timely updates to customers Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and company quality guidelines Qualifications Prior experience as an auto body/collision estimator plus Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred Strong understanding of collision repair processes and workflow Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Valid driver's license required Pay $20.00 - $40.00+ per hour (DOE) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Ongoing training and career development Work Location In person - Hawaii Schedule Monday to
