Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Auto Body Worker and become a vital part of transforming damaged vehicles into like-new masterpieces! In this energetic role, you will utilize your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, PDR, and detailing to restore vehicles to their optimal condition. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will ensure each vehicle is repaired efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work with precision and care. Use MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to join metals and restore structural integrity. Operate power tools, hand tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment to prepare surfaces and apply paint or finishes. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as auto glass replacement, auto painting, and detailing to ensure a polished final product. Fabricate custom parts or panels using sheet metal and fabrication techniques for unique or complex repairs. Assist with auto restoration projects by restoring vintage or damaged vehicles to their original condition. Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, assembly, and customer service to deliver exceptional results. Lift heavy parts or vehicles safely during repair processes while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair or similar automotive environments preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with auto painting (including airless spray techniques), and auto restoration projects. Ability to read technical manuals and auto estimating documents accurately. Excellent hand tool proficiency and attention to detail for finishing touches like detailing and assembly. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various positions throughout the day. Customer service mindset with clear communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike. $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
