If you take pride in quality work, know your way around collision repair, and want steady hours with a solid team, we want to hear from you. A successful candidate has a commitment to excellence and is extremely detail-oriented. We're seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of auto body repair and an ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. The Auto Body Technician is responsible for evaluating the damage to vehicles, performing all necessary repairs and completing their work on time and within budget.

Employee Responsibilities:

Maintain all body shop equipment in good safe working condition. Perform high-quality body repairs on a variety of vehicles. Repair or replace panels and replace damaged parts. Prep, sand, and finish vehicles for paint. Clean grease and dirt from product. Check body repairs before primer is applied . Must remove all dirt and runs from painted areas. Clean paint areas, tools and equipment. Maintain spray booth and mixing equipment. Keep mixing room in good working condition. Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated. Ability to multi-task under pressure. Keep production manager aware of status. Alert the production manager to any unusual problems and delays. Maintain a level of quality to industry standards. Maintain safe work environment. Maintain professional appearance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in auto body repair (2+ years preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Own tools are a plus I-CAR certifications a bonus (not required) We work Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm. This includes a 30 minute paid lunch break.
