They lose it because the shop is disorganized, the advisors can't sell, or the car count dries up by Wednesday. PKW Motorwerks fixed all three. We're a European specialty shop — Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen — running strong volume, high ARO, and a workflow designed so productive techs can actually produce. We're hiring a high-output flat-rate technician who wants to be busy and paid like it. Compensation:
