We offer a large inventory of new and pre‑owned motorhomes and travel trailers, plus a parts department and service for all makes of RVs Overview We're hiring an experienced Senior/Master-Level Fiberglass, Metal & Paint Technician for our body shop. You'll handle structural collision repair, gelcoat restoration, and full paint/finish work on motorhomes — with the independence to run complex jobs and a bonus structure that rewards speed and quality. What You'll Do Repair structural damage to fiberglass, aluminum, and sheet metal panels Perform frame, wall, roof, and cap repairs, including delamination and reinforcement Fabricate/install replacement metal and fiberglass components Prep, mask, and paint to match factory finish, including color-matching and clear coat Perform gelcoat repair, buffing, and polishing Mentor junior techs and maintain paint booth/shop equipment What You Bring 5+ years in RV, marine, or automotive fiberglass/metal body repair (RV/motorhome experience strongly preferred) Skilled in fiberglass lamination, gelcoat repair, structural bonding, metal fabrication, and welding/riveting Advanced paint/color-matching skills (I-CAR certification a plus) Able to work independently from repair estimates Valid driver's license, own hand tools Pay Details Monthly bonus based on billed hours vs. hours worked — the more efficient you are without sacrificing quality, the more you earn. Comebacks and warranty rework don't count against productive hours.
