We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician / Collision Repair Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and wants to work in a shop that provides the tools, resources, and support needed to do their best work. Competitive flat-rate compensation based on experience Consistent workflow with strong earning potential Growing collision repair facility with steady production Company-paid training and career development opportunities Modern repair environment focused on quality workmanship Supportive team environment with the resources needed to succeed Responsibilities Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications and repair plans Repair and replace damaged body panels, structural components, and vehicle parts Review repair plans and verify parts needed to complete repairs properly Identify additional repair needs and communicate supplement requirements Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to keep vehicles moving through production Follow OEM procedures and industry best practices to ensure safe, quality repairs Qualifications 2+ year of professional collision repair experience preferred Ability to perform quality body repairs on damaged vehicles Understanding of repair plans, OEM procedures, and collision repair processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, high-quality repairs Experience with structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, or frame equipment is a plus Experience utilizing Car-O-Liner, Chief, Genesis, or Celette highly preferred I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment If you're an experienced Auto Body Technician looking for consistent work, competitive compensation, and a company that invests in its employees, we'd like to hear from you.
