Start by hanging parts on the line, step into the booth and spray with precision, then unload and stack your finished work like a pro. It's all about that steady trigger, perfect motion, and turning raw parts into flawless finishes—one pass at a time. Requirements What It Takes — Suit Up Requirements Ready to jump into hands-on, general labor work in a production environment Strong enough to lift up to 75 lbs Able to stay on your feet and keep moving through the shift Skilled at handling the full mission: hang parts, spray with precision, unload, and stack A sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth, even coverage every time Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven shop Previous paint or powder coat experience is a plus —but we'll train the right recruit Dependable, focused, and ready to bring your best every day If you've got the steady hand, the rhythm, and the drive— it's time to suit up and get spraying.
