Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, coatings, and clear coats using conventional spray guns and airless paint spraying equipment with precision and consistency Perform surface repairs including dent removal, filling imperfections, and auto body refinishing to restore vehicles to their original condition Use hand tools, grinders, power tools, and welding equipment to carry out minor body repairs and structural adjustments as needed Conduct automotive buffing, polishing, and detailing to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that meets quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly handling paints, solvents, and other hazardous materials while adhering to respiratory protection guidelines Collaborate with team members on vehicle repair estimates and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair progress Skills Proven dealership or automotive shop experience in auto body repair and painting techniques Strong knowledge of automotive surface preparation, masking techniques, sanding methods, and auto restoration processes Proficiency in using spray guns (including airless systems), buffing machines, grinders, and other power tools for auto body refinishing Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto glass replacement enhances overall repair quality Ability to operate welding equipment safely for minor structural repairs or modifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repair procedures clearly Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed finishing work efficiently Join us in delivering outstanding vehicle transformations!
