We're looking for a Disassembly/Reassembly Technician who takes pride in organization, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. Our Team Repair Process Our production system is built around specialized technicians working together: Disassembly Technician Body Technician Paint Prep Technician Painter Reassembly Technician Detail Technician / Shop Porter Every position matters. Every handoff matters. Every repair matters. When each team member does their part, vehicles move through production efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities As our Disassembly/Reassembly Technician, you will: Safely disassemble collision-damaged vehicles Label, organize, and store all parts and hardware Identify hidden damage during teardown Assist estimators with documenting additional damage Protect reusable parts from damage Work closely with the Parts Manager to verify correct replacement parts Reassemble vehicles to OEM specifications Install moldings, trim, bumpers, lights, mirrors, grilles, interior components, and accessories Perform quality checks before sending vehicles to detail Communicate with teammates throughout the repair process What We're Looking For ✔ Experience in collision repair preferred (mechanical aptitude considered) ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Ability to stay organized ✔ Positive team attitude ✔ Dependable and motivated ✔ Pride in producing quality work ✔ Valid driver's license Why Work at Kahl's Body Shop?
