Role:
Join Collision Repair Systems Inc as a Paint Shop Painter, Prepper, Buffer, or Repair technician in Osceola, IN. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality automotive refinishing and repairs.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint and finishes to vehicles with precision and attention to detail. Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive painting or refinishing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
