Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates. Blueprint related and unrelated collision damage. Photograph vehicle damage and enter information into the estimating system. Prepare total loss estimates when applicable. Communicate effectively with customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process. Apply insurance industry procedures and collision repair best practices. Manage multiple repair files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Deliver outstanding customer service from estimate through repair completion. •

Required:

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in collision repair, auto body, automotive dealership, or a related automotive environment. Experience using collision estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar). Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance claim procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
