Metal Technician and is NOT an entry level position. Auto Body Team
  • Salina is building a brand new state of the art collision repair facility that will open AUGUST 3rd 2026.
This is your opportunity to set the foundation for the team that will change the collision repair game in Salina,KS. Are you tired of trying to make aftermarket parts fit? We only use 100% OEM crash parts. Are you tired of sweating your butt off? We have a fully air conditioned shop. As our LEAD Auto Body Metal Technician you will repair & replace panels. Your team will help you with the disassembly & reassembly! If you're a team player, apply with us and we can show you how an efficient, well-oiled operation performs where you work on repairing metal, replacing parts, and the team around you helps with the disassembly and reassembly. Metal Tech:
Structural / Frame part replacement / Frame repair Part repair / replacement Suspension Repairs Light mechanical Repairs Teamwork & Communication skills Maintain clean and organized environment Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures Welding knowledge & skills (steel, aluminum and spot) Frame Rack experience Ability to repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS) Ability to repair and replace vehicle suspension Positive attitude Dependable Accountability and Integrity required Lead your team and help plan production strategy Maintain a Monday
  • Friday 7:45 am
  • 5:00pm schedule Must provide own Hand and Power Tools
  • (large equipment provided) You must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
