We are a tech-forward, independent shop that prides itself on high-quality repairs and total transparency. We handle everything from minor dent repair to major collision work on a variety of vehicles, with a focus on European and Domestic models (VW, Audi, Volvo, Honda, etc.).

Responsibilities Collision Repair:

Perform structural and non-structural repairs, including panel replacement, frame straightening, and dent pulling.

Disassembly/Reassembly:

Carefully tear down damaged vehicles and document all necessary parts for the office using digital tools.

Body Prep:

Perform sanding, grinding, and filling to ensure a "like-new" finish before the vehicle moves to the paint phase.

Plastic & Specialty Repair:

Skilled in plastic welding, bumper repair, and working with modern lightweight materials.

Quality Control:

Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and shop safety requirements.

Digital Documentation:

Assist the office team by providing clear updates on repair progress (we use Torque 360 for digital workflow).

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of professional auto body/collision repair experience.

Tools:

Must have your own set of basic body tools.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of vehicle structure, welding, and alignment. Attention to

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license and a consistent work ethic.

Certifications:
