What You'll Be Doing Vehicle prep and masking for paint and body work Surface preparation, sanding, and finishing Assisting with restoration and collision repair projects Working with a team on high-quality restoration builds Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Experience with auto body prep and masking Collision repair experience Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well with a team Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Classic or auto restoration experience Metal fabrication or welding Paint finishing or detailing What We Offer Work on classic, collectible, and specialty vehicles Steady workflow Professional shop environment Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Experience Auto body repair: 5 years preferred Location Southwick, MA 01077 In-person position - reliable commute required.
