They remove broken parts, fix dents, weld metal, align frames, and prep surfaces for painting to make vehicles safe and look new again. Inspect damage : Review repair estimates, check parts, and find hidden structural issues. Disassemble parts : Remove bumpers, fenders, grilles, and trim to access damaged areas. Repair and replace : Hammer out dents, fill small holes, and weld new metal parts into place. Realign frames : Use hydraulic equipment to straighten bent car frames and chassis. Refinish surfaces : Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the original factory color. Safety compliance : Follow OSHA rules and safely handle toxic materials like paint and thinners.
