FLAT RATE
Position. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using a variety of techniques and tools. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive high-quality service and outstanding vehicle repairs, contributing to our reputation for excellence. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration with precision and care Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, MIG welding, soldering, and airless paint spraying to complete repairs efficiently Conduct auto painting and auto glass replacement to restore vehicles' appearance and safety standards Fabricate sheet metal parts and perform auto restoration projects as needed Assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and communicate repair plans clearly to customers Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and ensure quality control throughout the process Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, detailing, and heavy lifting when required Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair is highly preferred Skilled in MIG welding, fabrication, sheet metal work, and auto painting techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software Knowledge of auto restoration processes and auto body detailing Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Prior experience with auto body repair or collision repair certification is a plus Join our team to bring your skills to life in a vibrant environment where quality workmanship makes a difference!
