Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Collision Technician to join our dynamic auto body repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and expertise, in accordance to manufacturer and insurance standards. Your hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and dedication to quality will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence. Duties Assesses and analyzes repair orders and plans work to be performed. Perform comprehensive collision repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and structural repairs using advanced auto body repair techniques. Perform repair work on damaged vehicles using various tools such as pneumatic hammers, pullers, shears, trim and/or molding tools, wrenches, welding equipment, power grinders and other tools to cut off old parts, connect new parts, fill holes, and repair scratches, dents and dings. Collaborate with Parts Advisor and other Collision Repair staff to procure parts and/or accessories required for repair Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting, mechanical work, and use of power tools. Qualifications Proven auto body shop experience as a Collision Technician . Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto glass installation techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
