Join the Rowe Ford Sales team as a Body Shop Helper, assisting with various tasks to support our busy auto body repair department in Westbrook, ME. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist technicians with preparation and cleanup of work areas in the body shop. Help in moving vehicles and parts within the shop as needed. Ensure tools and equipment are organized and maintained. Support body shop staff by loading and unloading materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Prior experience in an auto body shop or related field is a plus but not required. Benefits Competitive hourly wage between $18.00 - $22.00, paid bi-weekly. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry.
