We service customers at a state-of-the-art facility and are looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician who shares our commitment to quality, safety, and craftsmanship. In this role, you will take full ownership of each vehicle from start to finish — handling complete disassembly, structural and cosmetic repairs, and final reassembly with precision and care. You are a key part of delivering on our core commitment to speed, quality, and an outstanding customer experience. We expect our technicians to work closely with every member of the team, contribute to hitting the shop's performance goals, and carry themselves as a true representative of our brand in everything they do. Duties Assess vehicle damage, plan the repair process, and prepare accurate cost estimates for customers using tools including cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers Straighten dents, dimples, and minor body damage by hand where possible; mix and apply filler resins when needed to restore a smooth, factory-quality surface Restore structural integrity by realigning chassis and frames that have sustained collision damage Remove and replace damaged vehicle sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair or replace glass and windshields as required Repair or replace interior components to return the vehicle to pre-loss condition Weld, fit, and secure parts into place; prepare surfaces and repaint vehicles using factory-specified paint or an approved equivalent Work efficiently to complete repair orders within labor time guidelines and perform a thorough inspection of every vehicle before it leaves the shop Take on additional duties as needed to support the team and keep the shop running smoothly Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a technical school program in auto body repair OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body technician Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a noisy environment with various fumes and odors present Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Capable of visually inspecting vehicles in varying weather conditions outdoors Able to bend, kneel, squat, and stretch throughout the workday to perform repairs and inspections What We Offer $28-$35/hr based on experience and certifications
